Go hard on this one! It’s painful, but quick in both cases.

If you are a beginner and/or REALLY struggle with wall ballS, you can substitute air squats instead.

If you are advanced, go HAM (hard as a mutha!) with the RX’ed movements and weights. Don’t scale up, just go fast.
