Why am I the head coach?
Because I’ve made it my business to know everything there is to know about helping ladies lose weight and get stronger.
Nutrition, workouts, technique, recovering from injury, post-partem exercise, sleep, habits/mindset, and on and on.
I’ve been neck deep in this stuff for years!
I’ve been in the trenches myself…having lost over 50 lbs by changing my nutrition and exercise habits, and fixing my injuries through proper training.

Here’s how it works
Our program includes an assessment, expert coaching, and accountability.
It starts with a:
[+] Questionnaire, Baseline and Measurement – First, we’ll send over a detailed questionnaire designed to get some insight into your goals and the obstacles you’ll face.
During your first session, we’ll find out where you are starting by having you do a baseline workout and reviewing your goals.
The best thing about all of this is that you and your coaches will know exactly where you’re starting and how you look, feel, and perform.
Once we have this, we go to the next step.
[+] The Course – You show up for class at least 3 days per week and you get everything you need to be successful. This includes the workouts/program, proper coaching on technique, nutrition advice, as well as information about sleep, mobility, and mindset.
Everything is done FOR you, we do not expect you to figure anything out on your own. All you have to do is show up and follow directions.
Each 1 hour session breaks down like this:
[+] Your class – you will meet with me and my coaches who will show you how to warm up, move properly, and work out. It sometimes finishes with a short lecture and Q and A about a different topic related to health and fitness.
Each class is:
- Coached from beginning to end – we make sure you do each exercise with good, safe technique and understand WHY you are doing it.
- Simple, whole body movements – using basic equipment and your body weight such as squats, push ups, running, rowing, ropes, etc. No need to isolate your abs or tone your thighs, you’ll learn the proper way to use your entire body to get fit.
- Custom tailored to your fitness level – injured? out of shape? We can work with that! You’ll ALWAYS move at your own pace. Our athlete range from 18 to 75 years old, and everyone works as hard as their ability allows.
- Varied – different workout every day – you’ll never get bored, it will never get routine, you’ll learn something new every day.
- Fun – We play games, have potlucks, tell jokes, and sometimes even dance. This isn’t boot camp, we won’t scream at you or judge you. It’s hard work, but always fun.
[+] Accountability – The biggest reason people love training with us is we hold their feet to the fire and make them accountable to their goals.
We measure progress check in with you every 2 weeks to ensure you stay on track, and give you everything you need during the course to be successful. We are available 24/7 via email, text, or phone to help you overcome any roadblocks, and always spend time before and after class answering any questions you have.
You’ll get to know your fellow athletes, and have a whole group of training partners pushing you to succeed.
We also send helpful emails along the way with exactly the info you need at when you need it.
If you show up, you’ll get results, plain and simple.
[+] Your coaches – We have experience “in the trenches” and all have their own weight loss and injury stories to prove it. We aren’t fitness models or college superstars..we’ve fought the same struggles as you have through fear and doubt and forged our program based on what we’ve learned.
[+] Your gym – is clean and professional, with new equipment, lots of light, and plenty of free parking. We have a kids room for the little ones to stay and play, a member lounge to warm up and cool down (with a free library), and a great pro shop.
