CrossFit Hale Fundamentals
In our Fundamentals Course, everything is taken care of for you by our team of CrossFit coaches whose primary goal is to help you get results!
The complete course contains hours of coaching and workouts in a 1:1 setting or small group. You’ll also get a recap and review of all of the movements you learned in class with lecture notes from the discussion and additional instruction videos and links, recipes, and other helpful resources.
Each class follows a specific structure that we have found best prepares new athletes for the specific demands of CrossFit training. Following is what you can expect in each Fundamentals class:
- A warm-up session specific to the main workout, which prepares your body and prevents injury
- Mobility coaching to improve range of motion
- Movement instruction to ensure safety, efficiency, and proper technique before loading or intensity
- A CrossFit workout which introduces the elements of time and intensity into our movement practice
- A cool-down session
Lecture and discussion topics covered in Fundamentals include:
- How should I eat? – Sift through the BS and make better food choices
- Move Like a Kid: How natural movement makes training fun
- Sleep – Your Secret Weapon. How to get enough and make it count
- Mobility – heal your injuries, move faster, lift heavier, and become more attractive in 10 mins per day
- Set It and Forget it – the power of habit
How It Works
Our Fundamentals course is $199, and provides you with five one-on-one sessions with our coaches. After the 5th session your coach will work with you to determine the next steps. You can attend the group classes for a week free (up to 5 classes), or you can continue with personal coaching.
You can schedule the sessions at a time that works for you, and we will tailor the program to your specific needs.
Prefer a small group setting? Invite a friend, spouse, or partner for an additional $75 per person! We can accommodate up to 4 people in a fundamentals course.
Our Fundamentals course is an ideal starting point for people new to CrossFit, and prepares you for the intensity and pace of our training.
To get started with Fundamentals
After signing up for Fundamentals, you’ll will receive an email confirmation that includes an introduction to CrossFit and some basics on nutrition you’ll want to know before you get started. You’ll also receive a second email from one of our coaches with instructions on how to schedule your first session.

When you begin to see your results of the Fundamentals course, you will be given the option to sign up for a CrossFit Hale membership.
Our memberships all include unlimited classes and start at $159 per month with our personal coaching packages starting at $339 per month.
